You can cancel at any time from Settings, Subscription, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep everything until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If you cancel during the 30-day free trial, you are never charged. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first payment.
A Syncry subscription is digital content that starts immediately. At checkout you confirm you want it to start within the 14-day cancellation period and that you understand you then give up that 14-day right to cancel. This does not affect your right to cancel future renewals, or your rights if something is faulty.
If a paid feature is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a refund under consumer law. Contact support@syncry.app and we will look into it promptly. Outside those cases, payments for a period already started are generally non-refundable, but cancelling always stops future charges.
