You can delete everything Syncry holds about your family, at any time, without asking anyone. This page explains how, what happens, and how long it takes. It is here so you can read it without signing in, including after you have removed the app.
In Settings, Your data, you can download everything your family has stored as a single file, and save the Book and the Diary as PDFs. Deletion is permanent once the 30 days below are up, so this is the moment to take a copy of what you want to keep.
Open Settings, then Your data, and choose to delete your family. If two parents share the family, the other one is asked to approve first, so neither of you can erase a shared history alone. If you are on your own, it starts straight away.
Your family is scheduled for permanent removal in 30 days. During those 30 days it is hidden but recoverable, so a deletion made in a hard week can be undone. After 30 days a daily clean-up permanently removes the family and every record attached to it: the Book, the diary, moods, tasks, bags, photos, baby care logs and any conversation with Iris. Nothing is kept for advertising or analysis, because none of it is used for that in the first place. Where the law requires a record to be kept, such as a payment receipt for tax, only that record survives.
Write to support@syncry.app from the email address you signed up with, and ask for your family to be deleted. We will confirm it is you, do it, and tell you when it is done. You never have to reinstall the app to get your data removed.
