Belgium: the baby vaccination calendar

In short

  • From birth to 5 to 6 years, the calendar has 5 visits.
  • First visit, 2 months: 6-in-1 (DTaP/IPV/Hib/HepB), PCV (pneumococcal), Rotavirus.
  • Belgium has no single programme: this is the Wallonia-Brussels Federation’s calendar, and Flanders runs its own.
  • Your health centre sets the actual appointments. If its date differs from a calendar, follow your health centre.

What the official pages say

Whose calendar is this?

Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles (ONE, vaccination-info.be) / Conseil Supérieur de la Santé, edition 21 Sept 2026. We read it on the official page and cross-checked it with a second official publisher.

Does your region have its own calendar?

  • Wallonia and Brussels: the Wallonia-Brussels Federation’s calendar (ONE), the one on this page. In Brussels both ONE and Kind en Gezin vaccinate, each with its own calendar. These are ONE’s dates; if Kind en Gezin follows your baby, its Flemish calendar applies.
  • Flanders: its own calendar (Kind en Gezin), with different visits. One month in it is confirmed by a single official publisher so far, so we do not show it yet; Kind en Gezin gives each appointment at the consultation.
  • The German-speaking Community (Kaleido) runs its own programme too; its infant months were not found, so we do not claim they are the same.

Questions parents ask

Belgium: is the calendar the same everywhere?

No. Belgium has no single programme: each community applies the federal advice on its own terms. This page shows the Wallonia-Brussels Federation’s calendar; Flanders and the German-speaking Community run their own.

What if a dose was missed?

Ask your health centre or paediatrician: they decide how to catch up, based on your baby’s age and the vaccine. In the app, a missed visit stays in view, gently marked, until you record it.

How current is this calendar?

It is the 21 Sept 2026 edition from Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles (ONE, vaccination-info.be) / Conseil Supérieur de la Santé, last checked on 12 October 2026. Every week a program re-reads the official pages behind it and flags any that changed; a flagged visit says “being re-checked” until it is read again.

In the app

Belgium: your baby’s own vaccine dates

Syncry dates every visit from your baby’s birth or due date, reminds you the week before, together or on your own, keeps a missed visit in view until it is done, and lets you tick off each dose as you go. When an official calendar changes, the app says so.
