A dose marked “only for some babies” is not routine: the line under it says who gets it, and your midwife or paediatrician tells you if your baby does.

Where a visit is marked, at least one of its vaccines is required by law where you live. Anything else given at the same appointment is offered rather than required.

After that, at school age: 11 to 13 years and 11 to 14 years.

Questions parents ask

France: is the calendar the same everywhere?

Syncry shows the national calendar from Santé publique France / Ministère de la Santé. We have not compared local programmes line by line, so if your health service gives you a different date, follow it.

What if a dose was missed?

Ask your health centre or paediatrician: they decide how to catch up, based on your baby’s age and the vaccine. In the app, a missed visit stays in view, gently marked, until you record it.

How current is this calendar?

It is the April 2026 edition from Santé publique France / Ministère de la Santé, last checked on 11 October 2026. Every week a program re-reads the official pages behind it and flags any that changed; a flagged visit says “being re-checked” until it is read again.

Why are some doses only for some babies?

Because they depend on the pregnancy or the birth, for example a hepatitis B dose at birth when the mother carries the virus. The calendar lists them so you can ask; your midwife or paediatrician says whether one is for your baby.

In the app

France: your baby’s own vaccine dates

Syncry dates every visit from your baby’s birth or due date, reminds you the week before, together or on your own, keeps a missed visit in view until it is done, and lets you tick off each dose as you go. When an official calendar changes, the app says so.
