Spain: the baby vaccination calendar
In short
- From birth to 6 years, the calendar has 7 visits.
- First visit, 2 months: 6-in-1 (DTaP/IPV/Hib/HepB), PCV (pneumococcal), MenB, Rotavirus.
- Each region can adapt it. We have read 17 of 19 regional calendars, and each one read has its own page below.
- Your health centre sets the actual appointments. If its date differs from a calendar, follow your health centre.
What is given at each age?
A dose marked “only for some babies” is not routine: the line under it says who gets it, and your midwife or paediatrician tells you if your baby does.
After that, at school age: 12 years.

Whose calendar is this?
Ministerio de Sanidad (CISNS), edition 12 Dec 2025. We read it on the official page and cross-checked it with a second official publisher.
Open the official calendarDoes your region have its own calendar?
Each region adopts the national calendar and can change it. We have read 17 of 19.
Follows the national calendar for now, regional check pending
Principado de Asturias, Comunidad Foral de Navarra
We could not yet confirm these regions’ own calendars with two official publishers, so they have no page of their own. Your health centre has the dates.
Questions parents ask
Spain: is the calendar the same everywhere?
Not always. Each region adopts the national calendar and can change it. We have read 17 of 19 regional calendars, and each of them differs in at least one dose. The rest follow the national calendar here until their own is confirmed.
What if a dose was missed?
Ask your health centre or paediatrician: they decide how to catch up, based on your baby’s age and the vaccine. In the app, a missed visit stays in view, gently marked, until you record it.
How current is this calendar?
It is the 12 Dec 2025 edition from Ministerio de Sanidad (CISNS), last checked on 11 October 2026. Every week a program re-reads the official pages behind it and flags any that changed; a flagged visit says “being re-checked” until it is read again.
Why are some doses only for some babies?
Because they depend on the pregnancy or the birth, for example a hepatitis B dose at birth when the mother carries the virus. The calendar lists them so you can ask; your midwife or paediatrician says whether one is for your baby.
Spain: your baby’s own vaccine dates
Syncry dates every visit from your baby’s birth or due date, reminds you the week before, together or on your own, keeps a missed visit in view until it is done, and lets you tick off each dose as you go. When an official calendar changes, the app says so.
